联邦技工类别简介：
1、申请人需在最近5年内具有2年以上的技工类工作经验（需符合移民部指定的职业列表）。
2、具有加拿大雇主的offer或某省的技工执业证书。
3、雅思达到听5、读3.5、写4、说5。
